  1. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (unless pre-order
    or sold out). During festival sales, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
  2. Domestic Shipping (India)
    a.) Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (free for orders above ₹5999/-).
    b.)Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (extra charge ₹349).
    c.) Priority/Same-day Dispatch: Available in selected pin codes (700).
  3. International Shipping
    a.)Standard International: 10–20 business days (cost calculated at checkout).
    b.) Express International (DHL/FedEx): 4–7 business days (cost calculated at checkout).
    c.)Import duties, customs clearance, taxes are the buyer’s responsibility (unless
    otherwise stated).
  4. Tracking & Courier Partners
    a.) We ship via reputed couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, DHL, FedEx). Tracking details are
    provided via email/SMS once shipped.
  5. Shipping Charges
    a.) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and chosen shipping
    method. Promotional free shipping threshold may apply.
  6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
    a.) Please ensure shipping address is correct. For failed deliveries due to incorrect address,
    redelivery or return shipping will be charged to the buyer.
  7. Lost / Damaged Shipments
    a.) If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at Email Id –

    an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.
