Returns & Refunds — AS ETERNITY

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted under the conditions below.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items unless otherwise specified.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Clearance / final sale items (if any) may be non-returnable — check the product listing.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info.aseternity@gmail.com or use the Returns section on your account within 30 days.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization and instruct you on the shipping address. Do not send items back without authorization.

4. Return Postage

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
  • We recommend using tracked courier services; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return due to our error).

6. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be applied if the item shows signs of use or is missing original packaging.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges (size/color) depend on stock availability. Contact support to request an exchange.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund after verification.
